1. Kaviar – Telor Ikan
Kalo makan telor ikan.. heavenly bgt deh.. saking sukanya kali ya :p

2. Bihun Sayur
Bihun kuah + sayuran + telor ayam = kenikmatan. Apalagi kalo dimakan selagi panas. Wuihhh… sensasinya tiada ada bandingan. Mie bihun jadi pelampiasan nih, maklum lah ga boleh dan ga bisa makan mie instant yang terbuat dari tepung terigu seperti ind*mie.
Biasanya Shin masak bihun sayur ni gaya anak kos (dimasak di magic com kecil) dan langsung disantap pake panci magic comnya *bukan panci kali ya… hahaha gtw deh namanya apa*. SLLrupppp….. enyyyaaakkk….

3. Apel
Awalnya sih Shin ga terlalu suka sama Apel, tetapi karena Apel tuh jadi menu sarapan Shin tiap pagi dan tiap hari. Jadi kalo pas pagi-pagi ga ada apel tuh berasa gimanaaaaa gt. Hehehehehe….
Mau apel hijau, apel Fuji, apel merah, lady apleeee…. sikaaaatttt sajaaaahhh :p

4. Keripik Pisang
Mungkin kalo ada sekarung juga, keripik pisang bisa abis sendirian. Bisa dimakan siang, malem, pagi, siang lagi, malem lagi… makan terus keripik pisang terus *gubraks… ga segitunya kale*

Shin sukiyaki karena di porsi sukiyaki itu udah ada tahu, daging, sayuran…. jadi milih makan sukiyaki kalo lagi pengen yang all in one :p

Biasanya Shin makan brokoli yang cuman direbus di air garam selama 5 menit. Enak deh… manisnya khas.

Pindang yang paling Shin suka tuh pindang ikan mas & pindang telor. Shin suka banget sama aroma pindang yang berasal dari bumbu gula merah. Makanan yang di pindang pasti warnanya agak kehitam-hitaman. Tapi itemnya ituh yang ngangenin :p

Nikmaaaaaat banget kalo udah makan singkong rebus sama minum green tea 😀

Mungkin karena terlahir sebagai urang Sunda, jadi lidahnya juga lidah Sunda, suka sama segala jenis masakan khas Sunda. Bakakak Hayam, Sangu Liwet, Tutug Oncom, Oseng Kangkung, Lotek, Karedok, Sayur Asem, Lalapan, Awug Sampeu, Beuleum Ketan, Es Goyobod, dll….

Teh Terenak

Bagaimana cara membuat teh terenak? Untuk menjawabnya, peneliti School of Life Sciences di Universitas Northumbria pun melakukan penelitian.

Seperti dilansir Telegraph, peneliti menghabiskan waktu 180 jam untuk menguji berbagai jenis racikan teh. Dalam percobaan ilmiah, sejumlah relawan mencoba 285 cangkir teh demi mengungkap cara menghasilkan formula teh terenak.

Penelitian itu mengungkapkan, teh paling enak adalah pada saat enam menit setelah dibuat, karena pada waktu tersebut teh mulai mendingin hingga suhunya 60 derajat celcius. Pada waktu dan suhu tersebutlah teh melepaskan aroma paling nikmat.

Ahli juga menuliskan formula terbaik untuk membuat teh enak. Caranya dengan menambahkan 200 ml air panas ke dalam cangkir teh, seduh selama dua menit, angkat teh dan tambahkan 10 ml susu. Kemudian tunggu enam menit atau hingga suhunya 60 derajat celcius, lalu tersajilah teh terenak.

Tea Time #GreenTea

“It’s tea time :)” is my favorite words, karena Shin lebih suka minum teh daripada kopi. Bahkan Shin sekarang hampir ga minum kopi lagi. Semenjak itu lah jadi suka sekali sama teh. Awalnya sih minum teh hanya pelampiasan karena ga bisa minum kopi. Tapi doooonnggg… sekarang jadi sukkkaaa :p. Shin suka semua jenis teh, tapi yang paling bikin lidah ngerasa “nyessss” tuh GREEN TEA.

Guys… Shin share sedikit info tentang green tea Jepang deh, cekidot 😉 biar kita syncron ngobrol tentang green tea nya.

Di Jepang ada beberapa jenis green tea, diantaranya:
Gyokuro
(Teh ini diproduksi dengan pola tanaman diberi penaungan hampir 100% gelap selama tiga minggu sebelum masa petik.)
> Gyokuro dipetik pada musim semi, namanya Sencha
> Gyokuro dipetik pada musim panas dan musim gugur, namanya Bancha
>> Bancha + roasting rice –> Genmaicha
> Produksi teh dibuat dari tangkai daun teh, namanya Kukicha

Houjicha
(Teh ini dibakar dengan arang diatas periuk porselen dengan suhu yang sangat tinggi hingga warna kehijauan dari daun teh tersebut berubah menjadi coklat kemerah-merahan)

Matcha
(Teh ini diproduksi dengan pola tanaman seperti Gyokuro. Tapi setelah dipetik, daun teh langsung dikukus dan dikeringkan)

Shin biasanya minum matcha. Karena matcha bisa didapatkan di supermarket di Indonesia. Selain itu, matcha tidak semahal Gyokuro. Soalnya harga Gyokuro tuh 10 juta per kilo :-O *berdasarkan dari sumber yang Shin baca*.
Matcha tuh kaya “bunglon” kali ya -maksudnya bukan bisa berubah warna- tapi matcha bisa dicampurkan dengan makanan lain. Seperti bubble, mochi, dll.
Shin sangat suka matcha yang dicampur dengan bubble-bubble kenyal, sebutlah “bubble tea”.
